add radio buttons for creating practical guidance on selected social media platforms
Policies are OK. But then staff need more detailed guidance on how individual tools/platforms are used. Perhaps some of the basic options for how each platform should be used would be helpful. eg Twitter: How often should users check for mentions? Should they be post to more than one platform at once? What are the @mentions and #hashtags that should be monitored? What is the maximum amount of time that users should spend on any one social media platform per week? etc etc

Create option for businesses / non-profit organisations
Rather than a business-minded policy, maybe a choice of having a non-profit options where it's not all about products and clients and customers...

Add policies for creating new media resources
E.g. over eager folks may go and create twitter accounts @companyname; facebook / linkedin groups; etc w/out checking w the right staff. Suggest to add a clause to say you can/cannot/who to check with when creating new SM corporate outlets

modify the resulting policy presentation so it is not in one long, skinny block for easier copying.

allow a bit more flexibility in name fields
grammatical segue into some custom fields is a little clunky in a couple e.g. starting with "employees who" doesn't always work ... but maybe as template these are the best options
